Operations and Maintenance (PEPOI)

Pearl Energy Philippines Operating, Inc. (PEPOI) is the operator of Quezon Power (Philippines), Limited Co. (QPL).

PEPOI is responsible for the maintenance – with emphasis on operational excellence and continuous improvement – of the Quezon Power Project.

PEPOI is in charge of the administration of the Quezon Power Plant’s staffing, safety and security. It also covers the accounting and budgeting for operation and maintenance of the project as well as procurement and engineering CAPEX.

At the same time, PEPOI oversees the project’s coal inventory and ash pile management.

The environmental monitoring is also being administered by PEPOI. This is being done through its Environmental Management System Compliance Program (EMSCOP), a first in the Philippines.
