Management Service (QMSI)

Quezon Management Services Inc. Philippine Branch Office (QMSI) serves as the administrative arm of Quezon Power (Philippines), Limited Co. (QPL).

QMSI is in charge of the administration of key commercial contracts, including power purchase agreement, operations and maintenance contract, coal procurement, and other commercial agreements such as diesel oil and fly ash contracts.

It also covers the accounting and tax functions; reporting, budgeting and business planning; financing; insurance procurement for the project.

At the same time, QMSI oversees QPL’s Public Relations and Community Relations programs which include health care, education, livelihood, environment, and road safety. It maintains close cooperation with the community, including local authorities in Mauban.

The Health Safety and Environment (HSE)/permit management as well as the transmission line management likewise falls under QMSI.
